Question 1

What is RubyX?

Accepted Answer

RubyX connects a platform catalog with product listings, license management, billing and support. The Windows app is in development; capabilities and requirements are listed per product.

Question 2

Which platforms are listed?

Accepted Answer

The directory includes Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Minecraft, Rust, GTA V, FiveM and other platform categories. Open a platform catalog to check its published products and current availability.

Question 3

Can I download the Windows app?

Accepted Answer

Public desktop downloads are paused. Purchasing a license does not enable a download during this period. The account download page will show availability when distribution resumes.

Question 4

Where can I check product availability?

Accepted Answer

Each catalog shows published products and plans. Product pages list requirements, and Product status shows current catalog reports. A directory entry does not mean a desktop integration has been released.

Question 5

How do licenses work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a product and duration in the store, or redeem a license key in your account. The dashboard shows product access, license status and expiration dates.

Question 6

Can I move to another computer?

Accepted Answer

A license is bound to one machine at a time. Device resets are available through the dashboard, subject to the limits shown there.

Question 7

What happens when a license expires?

Accepted Answer

Product access ends when the license expires. Review the product page or your account for available renewal options.

Question 8

How can I protect my account?

Accepted Answer

Use a unique password, enable an authenticator in Settings, and review your active sessions. Never share your password or authentication codes.

Question 9

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are prepaid account funds used for store purchases. One RubyX credit equals €1. Review the exact credit cost and checkout total before confirming a purchase; Billing shows available payment methods.

Question 10

Are menus included in a client license?

Accepted Answer

Some menus are included with client access; others have separate plans. Each listing explains its requirements and whether a separate client license is needed.

Question 11

Where can I find the refund terms?

Accepted Answer

The Refund Policy explains purchase and credit eligibility. Contact support with your order reference for questions about a specific transaction.

Question 12

What information should I include in a support request?

Accepted Answer

Include the product or platform, a brief description and the relevant order reference. For technical issues, include the error message and steps to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, full license keys or authentication codes.

Question 13

How do I contact RubyX?

Accepted Answer

Submit a support ticket from your account or use the email address on the Contact page. Tickets retain the request and the support team's replies.
